Victorio Roman, Esq. is the head of our Police Misconduct department. He has extensive background in the operations and policies of the police departments throughout New York. Victorio is a true New Yorker, having lived in the Bronx and Manhattan. He only briefly left to served as a Sergeant in the Marine Corp. Upon his return to New York, Victorio joined the New York City Police Department as a Police Officer. While in the NYPD, Victorio quickly rose to the ranks of Lieutenant, where he was in charge of monitoring and supervising thousands of police officers throughout his career. He made it his life goal and mission to protect and to help others. Victorio was a first responder on September 11, 2001.

Victorio served the NYPD for 22 years before he retired and began his career as an attorney and a true advocate against police misconduct. He now uses all his experience, knowledge, and connections in protecting our client’s rights and maximizing pay outs.
